PM's DEPARTING HOPES?

PM Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said he wants to deal with three important key issues, corruption, the judiciary appointment commission and the special complaints commission before leaving office in March 2009. He also expressed fear that if these issues are not addressed, the nation will be in trouble.

Firstly i thanked the pm for his foresightedness that these issues are very important that needs to be addressed but is it timely or a little bit too late? If any indication that efforts are being made to rectify these pressing issues, then the recent appointment in the judiciary make me a bit apprehensive.

It is commended that the pm will try to solve these issues but with not much time left, can his wish be fulfilled? Bearing in mind that he has ample time to do so previously. Is he successful?

Whilst the rakyat will welcome this noble initiative, the success in implementing these issues will be left to be seen. PM, the ball is at your feet now. Thank you for your initiative.

well, it's true that his concern is valid, but the problem is whether there will be actions taken to curb this problem.

and if there is actions that will be taken, it's another matter of implementing it successfully or not.

well, i guess time will show us the results =P
